Electromagnetic absorption performance of epoxy resin/glass fiber/graphene composites
In order to prepare a structural wave absorbing material with certain electromagnetic wave absorbing properties, glass fiber prepreg loaded with graphene particles was prepared by spraying method, and then cured by autoclave molding process to prepare the epoxy resin/glass fiber/graphene wave absorbing composites. The effects of graphene content on the electromagnetic, wave absorbing and mechanical properties of the composites were studied.According to the results of the three-point bending test, with the increase of the graphene content, the bending strength of the epoxy resin/glass fiber/graphene absorbing composite first increases and then decreases, and the bending modulus increases, but the overall change is small. The results of vector network anal-ysis show that with the increase of graphene content, the dielectric constant of epoxy resin/glass fiber/graphene composites increas-es gradually, the permeability is almost unchanged, and the dielectric loss tangent Angle increases gradually. The results of reflection loss calculation show that the absorption properties of epoxy resin/glass fiber/graphene composites are mainly determined by the thickness of the composite and the content of graphene. With the increase of the thickness of the composite, the peak value of reflec-tion loss gradually moves towards the low frequency. With the increase of graphene content, the wave absorbing property of the composite increases gradually. When the mass fraction of graphene is 2.5%and the thickness of the composite is 1.7 mm,the epoxy resin/glass fiber/graphene composite has the best wave absorption effect, and the peak reflection loss is-11.8 dB and the effective bandwidth is 1.45 GHz.
