PVAL/β-CD-CIN薄膜的制备及性能

以β-环糊精(β-CD)为壁材,肉桂醛(CIN)为芯材,采用饱和水溶液法制备β-环糊精-肉桂醛(β-CD-CIN)包合物.然后采用流延法,以聚乙烯醇(PVAL)为成膜基材,加入β-CD-CIN包合物,制备PVAL/β-CD-CIN薄膜,通过改变β-CD-CIN包合物的添加量来研究包合物对PVAL薄膜的热性能、力学性能、阻隔性能等的影响.傅里叶变换红外光谱分析证明CIN被成功地包埋于β-CD空腔,相比于未添加包合物的PVAL薄膜,PVAL/β-CD-CIN薄膜的熔融温度降低了26.90℃,结晶度降低了6.15%.当包合物质量分数为15%时,PVAL/β-CD-CIN薄膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率达到最大值,分别为22.79 MPa和430.60%,此时力学性能最佳.当包合物添加质量分数为30%时,PVAL/β-CD-CIN薄膜的水蒸气透过系数达到最小值为0.41(g·mm)/(kPa·m2·h),吸水率达到最低为11.97%.加入β-CD-CIN包合物,可以有效提升薄膜的力学性能、水蒸气透过率、耐水性等,为薄膜在食品包装领域的应用奠定基础.
Preparation and properties of PVAL/β-CD-CIN films
The β-cyclodextrin(β-CD)was used as the wall material and cinnamaldehyde(CIN)as the core material,and the β-cyclodextrin-cinnamaldehyde(β-CD-CIN)inclusion complex was prepared by saturated aqueous solution method.PVAL/β-CD-CIN films were prepared by the casting method with polyvinyl alcohol(PVAL)containing β-CD-CIN inclusion complex,and the effects of inclusion on the thermal properties,mechanical properties and barrier properties of PVAL films were studied by changing the addition amount of β-CD-CIN inclusion complex.The results show that:Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis show that the CIN is successfully embedded in the β-CD cavity,and the melting temperature of the PVAL/β-CD-CIN film is reduced by 26.90℃and the crystallinity is reduced by 6.15%compared with the PVAL film without clathrate.When the inclusion content is 15%,the tensile strength and elongation at break of PVAL/β-CD-CIN film reach the maximum values of 22.79 MPa and 430.60%,respectively,and the mechanical properties are the best.When the inclusion content is 30%,the water vapor permeability coefficient of PVAL/β-CD-CIN film reach a minimum value of 0.41(g·mm)/(kPa·m2·h),and the water absorption reach a minimum of 11.97%.The addition of β-CD-CIN inclusion can effectively improve the mechanical properties,water vapor transmission rate and water resistance of the film,laying the foundation for the application of the film in the field of food packaging.
