Design of injection mould with five-times six-element composite angle-slider mechanism for the automotive central control shell
In the design of the plastic injection mould for the automotive central control shell plastic parts,both the front and the back require angle demoulding,especially in the composition of the back features,where are numerous and complex.Therefore,a five-time 6-element composite angle-slider mechanism was innovatively designed for demoulding the features in this area to imple-ment core pulling demoulding in local areas,and a mechanical motion model of the mechanism was constructed.In the design of the composite angle-slider mechanism,its structural design was as follows:A main angle-slider was driven by a hydraulic cylinder to implement the main core pulling.The upper end of the main angle-slider was equipped with a first core pulling angle-slider-the upper angle-slider.When the upper angle-slider first pulled the core,it drove three lifters,four spring ejectors,and one C4 side-core-insert.The lower end of the main angle-slider was also equipped with a pre-core-pulling angle-slider-an angle-core,which was also pre-core-pulling before the main angle-slider.After the upper angle-slider completed the core pulling,the driving oil cylinder of the main angle-slider first drove the angle-slider core pulling,and then drove the main angle-slider and its other 5 demoulding compo-nents to complete the core pulling together.In order to achieve automated production of plastic parts,based on the design of the composite angle-slider mechanism,the mould structure of the plastic parts was designed as a hot runner two-plate-mould with double opening.In the mould,one front oil cylinder angle core pulling mechanism and four angle-guide-pin slider mechanisms were also designed,which effectively realized the automated production of plastic parts.
