摘要
介绍了半芳香族尼龙材料的性能特点和应用领域,综述了在汽车、电子电器等领域的应用.分析总结了半芳香族尼龙材料的市场概况,涵盖了国内外主要的生产厂家.针对半芳香族尼龙材料不同应用场景,重点分析了改性材料的研究进展和改性方向,并指出合理调控性能、开发新单体,开发尼龙聚合绿色新工艺是目前国内企业的主要发展方向.
Abstract
The performance characteristics and application fields of semi-aromatic nylon materials were introduced,and the applications in automotive,electronic and electrical fields was summarized.The market status of semi aromatic nylon materials was analyzed,covering the major domestic and foreign manufacturers.Focusing on different application scenarios of semi aromatic nylon materials,the research progress and modification direction of modified materials were analyzed.It is pointed out that reason-able regulation of performance,development of new monomers,and development of green processes for nylon polymerization are currently the main development directions of domestic enterprises.
