生物基PA56/512于GF/PA66复合材料轨道扣件的应用

采用熔融共混法制备了玻璃纤维(GF)/尼龙66(PA66)/生物基尼龙56/512(PA56/512)共聚物复合材料.考察了生物基PA56/512共聚物对复合材料综合性能的影响及其于轨道扣件产品应用效果.结果表明,PA56/512共聚物能明显改善复合材料的加工流动性能,促进GF的包覆及分散;提升复合材料的耐低温性能;解决GF/PA66复合材料吸水率偏高的问题.当PA56/512共聚物质量分数为20%时,复合材料的综合性能最佳.PA56/512共聚物的加入,提高了轨道扣件产品的绝缘性能、改善了制品外观,X射线测试结果表明,产品内部无气孔,满足轨道交通领域的应用要求.PA56/512共聚物的引入解决了传统尼龙复合材料吸水率高、强度与低温韧性无法兼顾问题,大幅拓宽了轨道扣件的应用范围.
Application of bio-based PA56/512 copolymer in track fasteners of GF/PA66 composites
Glass fiber(GF)/polyamide 66(PA66)/bio-based polyamide 56/512(PA56/512)copolymer composites were prepared by melt blending method.The effect of bio-based PA56/512 copolymer on the comprehensive properties of the composites and its application in track fastener products were investigated.The results show that PA56/512 copolymer can obviously improve the processing flow properties of the composites and promote the coating and dispersion of the glass fibers.The low temperature resistance of the composites can be improved,and the problem of high water absorption of the GF/PA66 composites can be solved.The comprehensive performances of the composite are the best when the mass fraction of PA56/512 copolymer is 20%.The addition of PA56/512 copolymer improves the insulation performance and appearance of the track fastener.X-ray testing results show that there is no porosity inside the product,which meets the application requirements in the field of rail transit.The problems of high water absorption and inability to balance the strength and low temperature toughness of traditional polyamide composites are solved with the introduction of PA56/512 copolymer,and the application range of track fasteners is greatly expanded.
