基于内外侧联动式抽芯的多分型面镂空式收纳桶模具设计

根据产品的使用性能和工艺特点,对镂空式收纳桶的产品结构和工艺进行了分析.基于产品镂空和桶槽分布位置的不同,设计了3层分型面的模具结构,以实现对各个成型部分的运动控制;镂空形状分布面积比较大,为提高成型质量、节省模具空间,巧妙设计了定模侧爆炸式滑块抽芯机构;由于产品底部的侧凹形状位于定模底部,空间狭窄且缺乏动力源,因此在定模底部设计了型腔侧浮动式斜顶机构,完成了底部侧凹的抽芯动作;针对产品边缘具有内外圆角的大尺寸桶槽,在动模内部设计了内外侧联动式抽芯机构.模具投产后,各个抽芯机构动作顺畅,产品脱模顺利,达到了预期目的.
Mould design of multiple parting surface hollow storage bucket based on inner and outer side linkage core-pulling
According to the performance and process characteristics of the product,the product structure and process of the hollow storage bucket were analyzed.Based on the different positions of hollow and bucket groove,the mould structure of three-layer parting surface were designed to realize the motion control of each forming part.In order to improve molding quality and save mould space,an explosive sliding block core-pulling mechanism on the fixed die side was cleverly designed.Because the concave shape of the bottom of the product was located at the bottom of the fixed die,the space was narrow and the power source was lacking,so the floating inclined top mechanism of the cavity side was designed at the bottom of the fixed die,and the core-pulling action of the bottom side concave was completed.A core-pulling mechanism with inner and outer linkage was designed in the moving die for the large barrel groove with inner and outer rounded edges.After the mould is put into production,each core-pulling mechanism works smoothly,the product demoulding smoothly,and the expected purpose is achieved.
