成纤相组成对PBAT/PLA微纤复合材料形貌及性能的影响

通过在聚乳酸(PLA)中加入滑石粉及扩链剂(ADR-4468),然后利用双螺杆挤出制备了成纤相母粒,并采用自制的多级挤出拉伸装置制备了含有不同成纤相组成的聚己二酸-对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)/PLA微纤复合材料.通过熔体流动速率(MFR)试验机、扫描电子显微镜、万能试验机及旋转流变仪对成纤相母粒的MFR及微纤复合材料的微观形貌、力学性能、流变性能进行了分析.结果表明,随着滑石粉及ADR-4468含量的增加,成纤相母粒的MFR逐渐减小,当ADR-4468质量分数为0.7%时,M6-0.7母粒的MFR为1.9 g/10 min.随着ADR-4468含量的增加,形成的PLA微纤直径增大、长度明显减小,当ADR-4468含量为0.7%时,只有少量的PLA形成短状微纤.PLA微纤含量为10%时,PLA-10试样的拉伸强度最大,为53.8 MPa,是PBAT的1.49倍,但断裂伸长率大幅下降.随着PLA微纤含量增加,微纤复合材料的拉伸弹性模量逐渐增大.所有含PLA微纤的试样,其储能模量(G')均随角频率(ω)的增大而增大.随着成纤相母粒中滑石粉含量的增加,试样的G'和复数黏度(η*)均减小,所有成纤相母粒中含有ADR-4468的微纤复合材料,其G'及η*均高于未含ADR-4468的试样.
Effect of fibrous phase composition on morphology and properties of PBAT/PLA microfibrillar composite
The talc powder and chain extender(ADR-4468)was added to polylactic acid(PLA)and the fibrous phase master-batch was prepared using a twin-screw extrusion,then the polybutylene adipate terephthalate(PBAT)/PLA microfibrillar composites with different fibrous phase were prepared using self-made multi-stage extrusion stretching device.The melt flow rate(MFR),micro-structure,mechanical properties,and rheological properties of microfibrillar composites were analyzed using a melt flow rate testing machine,scanning electron microscope,universal testing machine,and rotary rheometer.The results show that the MFR of fibrous phase masterbatch gradually decreases with the increase of talc powder and chain extender contents,the MFR of M6-0.7 master-batch is 1.9 g/10 min when the ADR-4468 content is 0.7%.With the increase of ADR-4468 contents,the diameter of PLA microfi-brils increases and the length significantly decreases.When the ADR-4468 content is 0.7%,only a small amount of PLA form short PLA microfibrils.When the content of PLA microfiber is 10%,the tensile strength of PLA-10 sample is the highest,which is 53.8 MPa,which is 1.49 times that of PBAT,but the elongation at break decreases significantly.The tensile modulus of microfibrillar composites gradually increase with the increasing content of PLA microfibrils.The storage modulus(G')of the samples contained PLA microfibrils increase with the increase of angular frequency(ω).As the content of talc powder increased,the G'and complex viscosity(η*)of the samples decrease,all the microfibrillar composites of fibrous phase masterbatch contained ADR-4468 have higher G'andη* than those without ADR-4468.
