摘要

对汽车车内挥发性有机物(VOC)的排放源和标准法规进行了总结,并对车内VOC控制技术进行了系统性分析,包括内饰件的原材料制备、改性技术和生命周期评价(LCA)的研究进展.分析结果表明,内饰件是车内VOC排放的主要来源,其排放量与材料用量、展开面积呈正相关;VOC标准法规中,国外标准注重内饰材料自身有害物质含量的检测.此外,开发安全环保的低VOC材料,可从源头降低VOC的排放、协同控制汽车零部件各个生产阶段VOC的排放,是提高车内空气质量的重要途径.

Abstract

The sources of volatile organic compounds(VOC)emission,international standards and regulations were summa-rized,the control technology of VOC was analyzed systematically,including the research and application progress of raw materials preparation,modification technology and life cycle assessment(LCA)of interior trim.The results indicate that interior parts are the main source of VOC emissions,and its emissions are positively correlated with the amount of materials and the unfolded area.The development of safe and environmentally-friendly low-VOC materials will control VOC emissions from the source,and coordinate-ly track VOC emissions in various production stages of auto parts and establish full life cycle management of product,which is an play role in improve the air quality in vehicle.
