针对天然抗菌剂在改性复合材料时缺乏理论指导的问题,围绕天然抗菌剂的抗菌机理及在不同可降解包装材料中的改性应用进行了系统的总结和分析,简述了天然抗菌剂的作用机理,总结了多种天然抗菌剂与不同基材的协效作用,为天然抗菌剂改性复合材料的工作提供了理论指导.
Research progress of antibacterial mechanism of natural antibacterial agent and their modification application in degradable packaging materials
In view of the lack of theoretical guidance in the modification of composite materials by natural antibacterial agents,the antibacterial mechanism of natural antibacterial agents and their modification applications in different degradable packag-ing materials were systematically summarized and analyzed.The action mechanism of natural antibacterial agents was briefly described,and the synergistic effects of various natural antibacterial agents with different substrates were summarized,which provid-ed theoretical guidance for the work of natural antibacterial agent modified composite materials.
