Analysis and mold design of cooling waterway of cage for glue filling of underwater connector
The structure of the hollow cage was analyzed and the difficulty of mold design was obtained.According to the design difficulties and production practice,the mold water channel was designed,the cooling water channel was designed as orthogo-nal structure,and the mold flow analysis was carried out.The results of mold flow analysis show that the fixed mold water channel can conduct heat well.In the dynamic mode area,heat is not well transmitted to the waterway area,and the cooling waterway needs to be further optimized.The maximum projection plane of the product is placed perpendicular to the Z axis,and the parting line is extracted along the mutation of the product to obtain the fixed mold forming area and the dynamic mold forming area.In order to reduce the difficulty of manufacturing the fixed mould,some surface features are formed by the fixed mould sliding block and inclined guide post mechanism,which is also conducive to the exhaust of the fixed mould part.The core pulling mechanism of fixed die oblique pull-moving die oblique top is designed to reduce the shape structure of the die effectively and make the structure of the die more compact.In view of the difficulty that automatic core-pulling cannot be set in all directions in the interior of hollow prod-ucts,the whole insert core-pulling mechanism is set up.The reverse buckle feature of the mouth,the inclined top core pulling mecha-nism is set,and the reverse buckle forming part is made of beryllium copper to ensure the cooling balance of the dynamic fixed die.The design of thermal beryllium copper and normal heat conductive sheet will transfer the heat gathered inside the product to the whole moving mold,improve the cooling effect of the cooling water of the moving mold,and increase the exhaust performance of the mold through the structural design to avoid the local burning of the product.
