In order to study the laser marking performance of black nylon6(PA6)material,PA6 was used as the matrix resin,carbon black as the colorant and laser absorption additive,and black PA6 material was prepared by melt blending by using a twin-screw extruder.A fiber laser marking machine was used to laser mtark black PA6 material,and evaluate the marking effect of black PA6 material by measuring the color difference △L value between unmarked and marked areas using a spectrophotometer and observing it with the naked eye.The effects of different amounts and particle sizes of carbon black on the blackness and laser marking effect of PA6 materials were studied,and the influence of laser marking technology on the laser marking effect of black PA6 materials was also investigated.The results show that with the increase of carbon black content,the blackness L value of PA6 material first decreases and then tends to balance,while the laser marking effect gradually improves and then gradually deteriorates.The optimal amount of carbon black added is between 0.1%-0.2%.As the particle size of carbon black increases,the blackness L value of black PA6 material first decreases and then increases,and the laser marking effect △L value first improves and then deterio-rates.The more carbon black is added,the smaller the impact of particle size.The process parameters(speed,power,frequency)of the laser marking instrument affect the laser marking effect of black PA6 material,with speed and power having the greatest impact.When the amount of carbon black added is 0.1%,the effect of speed and power on laser marking is most sensitive,and there is a large space for process adjustment.However,when the amount of carbon black added is high,the sensitivity of the process to laser marking of black PA6 material decreases.
