反应挤出在尼龙6聚合与改性中的研究进展

基于反应挤出这一技术,总结了尼龙6(PA6)聚合和改性中的研究进展.首先阐述了在反应挤出中进行PA6聚合的机理、特点、研究进展、性能和优势等,然后详细介绍了反应挤出改性PA6中包括的PA6单体聚合过程中改性和直接利用PA6基体的改性两种类型,概述了利用反应挤出进行PA6共聚、扩链支化和反应共混等改性的研究进展.发现PA6复合材料的性能提升,关键在于有效处理不同组分之间的相容性.在对当前反应挤出PA6复合材料的应用领域进行了全面梳理后,发现简单地提高PA6的力学性能已不能满足日益增长的使用需求.因此,未来的研究方向应当着重于探讨反应挤出过程中的反应机理,开发多种类别的PA6复合材料产品,并深入研究在反应挤出环境下材料性能的表现.
Progress of reaction extrusion in polymerisation and modification of Nylon 6
The research progress in polymerization and modification of nylon 6(PA6)based on the technology of reaction extrusion was summarized.Firstly,the mechanism,characteristics,research progress,properties and advantages of PA6 polymeriza-tion in reaction extrusion were described,and then the two types of PA6 monomer polymerization process modification and modifi-cation by direct use of PA6 matrix and modification during the polymerization process of PA6 monomer were described in detail.The research progress in the modification of PA6 copolymerization,chain expansion and branching,and reaction blending by using reaction extrusion was outlined.It was found that the key to the performance enhancement of PA6 composites lies in the effective handling of the compatibility between different components.After a comprehensive review of the current application areas of reac-tive extrusion PA6 composites,it was found that simply improving the mechanical properties of PA6 can no longer satisfy the growing demand for its use.Therefore,the future research direction should focus on exploring the reaction mechanism during the reaction extrusion process,developing a variety of categories of PA6 composite products,and thoroughly investigating the perfor-mance of PA6's properties in the reaction extrusion environment.
