电场取向法作为提升复合材料性能的有效方法,已成为在低填充条件下制备具有优良性能复合材料的关键技术,受到国内外众多学者广泛关注.对电场诱导填料取向进行了理论分析,并对不同电场类型诱导不同填料取向制备复合材料的相关研究进行了整理与分析.针对直流电场和交流电场在取向过程中的热击穿现象,重点论述了脉冲电场诱导填料取向制备取向型复合材料的研究现状和优势.最后,分析了利用电场取向法制备复合材料的难点,并对电场取向法制备复合材料的未来发展方向进行了展望.
Composite material preparation techniques based on electric field induced filler orientation
The electric field orientation method,as an effective method to improve the performance of composite materials,has become a key technology for preparing composites with excellent performance under low filling conditions,and has received widespread attention from many scholars at home and abroad.A theoretical analysis of the orientation of fillers induced by electric fields was provided,and the relevant research on the preparation of composite materials induced by different types of electric fields to induce different orientations of fillers was summarized and analyzed.Focusing on the thermal breakdown phenomenon during the orientation process of DC electric field and AC electric field,the research status and advantages of pulse electric field induced filler orientation preparation of oriented composite materials were mainly discussed.Finally,the difficulties in preparing composite mate-rials using electric field orientation method were analyzed,and the future development direction of electric field orientation method for preparing composite materials was prospected.
