质子交换膜燃料电池用碳纤维纸的研究进展

碳纤维纸是目前质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)气体扩散层首选材料.基于湿法成纸技术,针对碳纤维纸原材料(短切碳纤维)在成纸过程中的分散展开分析,系统梳理了碳纤维成纸关键影响因素、碳纤维纸疏水改性及微孔层处理的方法,论述了国内外在改善碳纤维纸性能方面的研究情况.最后指出,未来碳纤维纸进一步发展的关键在于其原材料的技术开发和转化应用,以及碳纤维纸制备过程中的结构-性能关系研究和碳化石墨化过程机制研究.
Research progress on carbon fiber papers in proton exchange membrane fuel cells
Carbon fiber papers(CPs)are currently the preferred material for the gas diffusion layer of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC).Focusing on wet papermaking technologies,the dispersion of CPs raw materials(chopped carbon fiber)in papermaking process were analyzed,and the key factors affecting papermaking of carbon fiber,the methods for hydropho-bic modification of CPs and the treatment of microporous layers were systematically sorted out.The research situation of improving the properties of CPs at home and abroad was discussed.Finally,it was pointed out that the key to the further development of CPs in the future lies in the technological development and conversion application of key raw materials of CPs for PEMFC,and the research on the structure-property relationship as well as carbonization-graphitization mechanism in the preparation of CPs.
