3D打印具有产品高表面粗糙度的固有工艺特性导致了零部件的表面光洁度及表面质量变差,3D打印后处理技术成为了3D打印流程中不可或缺的一环.介绍了聚合物3D打印零部件后处理技术方法,包括机械磨削后处理、化学后处理、激光抛光后处理和涂层后处理.以表面粗糙度为指标,对比了不同后处理技术对不同材料表面的精加工能力.最后,针对3D打印后处理技术发展面临的问题和挑战,对该技术未来研究趋势进行了展望.
The inherent process characteristics of 3D printing with product high surface roughness lead to poor surface finish and surface quality of parts,and 3D printing post-treatment technology has become an indispensable part of the 3D printing process.Therefore,the post-treatment technologies of polymer 3D printing parts were introduced,which included mechanical grinding post-treatment,chemical post-treatment,laser polishing post-treatment and coating post-treatment.Using surface roughness as index,the fine finishing abilities of different post-treatment processes on different material surfaces were compared.Finally,in view of the problems and challenges facing the development of 3D printing post-treatment technology,the future research trend of the technolo-gy was prospected.
