摘要
介绍了碳纳米管(CNT)导热复合材料的传热机理.综述了各类制备CNT导热复合材料的常用方法,包括电场取向法、磁场取向法、3D打印法、静电纺丝法、化学镀法等.采用取向方法和3D传热网络的构筑,使基体中的CNT形成导热通路或导热网络,显著提高了复合材料的导热系数.分析了每种方法制备CNT导热复合材料的特点.最后,对CNT导热复合材料的未来发展作出了展望.
Abstract
The heat transfer mechanism of carbon nanotube(CNT)thermal conductive composites was introduced.Various common methods for preparing CNT thermal conductive composites were reviewed,including electric field orientation method,magnetic field orientation method,3D printing method,electrostatic spinning method and chemical plating method.The orientation methods and the construction of 3D heat transfer networks were used to form thermal conductive pathways or thermal conductive networks of CNT in the matrix,which significantly improved the thermal conductivity of the composites.The characteristics of each method for preparing CNT thermally conductive composites were analyzed.Finally,the future development of CNT thermally conductive composites was prospected.
