摘要

针对复合材料参数,目前大多数标准测定的性能数据更适合于产品检验和质量控制,标准适用范围往往未明确适用于设计端使用,导致计算机辅助工程(CAE)分析设计时难于参考使用.总体而言,在复合材料CAE仿真过程中,目前依然存在所需材料参数不明确、测试方法不明晰、缺少完整的测试体系等问题.鉴于此,针对层合板与织物两种形式的连续纤维增强聚合物基复合材料,介绍了其弹性本构参数以及强度参数原理,明确了CAE动静态仿真分析所需材料参数,对比分析了拉伸测试、压缩测试、剪切测试的国内与国外测试标准,指出了目前各种测试标准在设计方面存在的不足.最后,在美标及国际标准基础上改进并建立了一套完整的连续纤维增强聚合物基复合材料CAE仿真分析用材料参数测试方法,使测定性能数据更适用于CAE分析设计使用.

Abstract

At present,according to the composite parameters,the performance data of most standard measurements are more suitable for product inspection and quality control,and the scope of application of standards is often not clearly applicable to the design side,resulting in difficult reference use in Computer Aided Engineering(CAE)analysis and design.In general,in the CAE simulation process of composites,there are still some problems,such as unclear the needed material parameters,unclear test methods,and lack of a complete test system.In view of this,the principles of elastic constitutive parameters and strength parameters of continuous fiber reinforced polymer matrix composites in two forms(laminate and fabric)were introduced,the material parame-ters required for CAE dynamic and static simulation analysis were defined,and the domestic and foreign test standards for tensile testing,compression testing and shear testing were compared and analyzed,the deficiencies in the design of various test standards were pointed out.Finally,a complete set of material parameter testing method for CAE simulation analysis of continuous fiber rein-forced polymer matrix composites was improved and established on the basis of American standard and international standard,so that the measured performance data were more suitable for CAE analysis and design.
