摘要
双网络水凝胶是由两个互穿或半穿三维网络组成的高分子聚合物,其具备较高的强度与韧性,被广泛应用于生物医药领域.从化学交联、物理-化学交联、物理交联、双网络纳米复合等方面综述了双网络水凝胶的构筑方法、形成机理和性能;在此基础上,从医用敷料、药物载体、生物传感器和骨修复等方面对双网络水凝胶在生物医药领域的应用进行了归纳总结;最后,对双网络水凝胶未来的研究方向和应用前景进行了预测和展望.
Abstract
Double network hydrogels are polymers composed of two interpenetrating or semi-penetrating three-dimensional networks,which have high strength and toughness,and are widely used in the field of biomedicine.The construction method,forma-tion mechanism and properties of double-network hydrogels were reviewed from the aspects of chemical crosslinking,physico-chemical crosslinking,physical crosslinking and double-network nanocomposite.On this basis,the application of double-network hydrogels in biomedicine field was summarized from the aspects of medical dressing,drug carrier,biosensor and bone repair.Even-tually,the future research directions and application prospects of double-network hydrogels were predicted and prospected.
