建筑工程材料价格市场化程度分析与研究

自2020年住房和城乡建设部颁发《工程造价改革方案》后,工程造价市场化已经是建筑工程行业未来的必然趋势,价格信息作为工程项目与市场之间的一个重要桥梁,其与建筑市场之间的关系以及其联系的紧密性尤为重要.文章通过spss软件建立相关性模型来研究西北某省份建筑工程材料信息价与建筑市场关联性的强弱,用带入模型后得到相关性系数来说明信息价与市场价的相关性大小,并对比市场化程度较高的城市,发现现阶段该省份建筑工程材料信息价与建筑市场上的市场价存在明显差异,与广东省、上海市等市场化程度较高的几个城市相比存在信息价更新周期长、更新不及时等缺点,影响工程造价市场化的实现速度,最后针对目前存在的问题,为政府及相关企业提出改进建议.
Abstract
Since the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the"Project Cost Reform Plan"in 2020,the marketization of project cost has become an inevitable trend in the future of the construction industry.Price information is an important bridge between the project and the market.The relationship between price information and the construction market and the tightness of its connection are particularly important.This paper studies the correlation between the price of construction materials and the construction market in a province in northwest China through the correlation model,and compares the cities with a higher degree of marketization.It is found that there is a significant difference between the information price of construction materials in the province and the market price in the construction market at this stage.Compared with several cities with a higher degree of marketization,such as Guangdong Province and Shanghai,there are shortcomings such as slow update of information data,long cycle and untimely data update,which affect the realization speed of the marketization of project cost.Finally,the government and related enterprises are given suggestions for improvement in view of the existing problems.
