机电工程抗震支架的技术经济合理性分析与探讨

摘要
《建筑机电工程抗震设计规范》(以下简称《机电抗震设计规范》)GB50981-2014 和《抗震支架安装及验收规程》CECS420-2015 实施以来,机电工程抗震支架的技术重叠与经济合理性争议持续不断.建设单位、监理单位、施工单位及造价咨询单位四方主体参与了基本建设项目的管理,但各方人员都不能从理论和实践中对机电工程抗震支架具备技术与经济的合理性进行论证.文章对机电工程抗震支吊架的技术与经济合理性进行了研究.研究发现:在设定发生9 度地震条件下,对比有抗震支架和无抗震支架情形下管道和支架的受力、变形和建设成本,发现设置抗震支架不是实现抗震设防的必要条件,故得出机电工程抗震支架设置的技术性前提失慎,经济性结果失算的结论,可为类似项目在纠正技术错误,避免浪费资源等方面提供参考.
Abstract
With the implementation of'Code for Seismic Design of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment'and'Specification for Seismic Bracing Installation and Acceptance',disputes over the technical overlap and economic rationality of seismic bracing have been ongoing.The construction unit,supervision unit,construction unit,and cost consulting unit have participated in the management of the basic construction project,but personnel from all parties are unable to demonstrate the technical and economic rationality of the seismic support for mechanical and electrical engineering from theory and practice.The author of this paper has analyzed and studied the technical and economic rationality of seismic bracing in electrical and mechanical for a long time.Research has found that:Under the condition of a 9 degree earthquake,comparing the stress,deformation,and construction cost of pipelines and supports with and without seismic supports,it was found that setting up seismic supports is not a necessary condition for achieving seismic fortification.Therefore,it was concluded that the technical premise for setting up seismic supports in mechanical and electrical engineering was careless,and the economic results were miscalculated.This conclusion helps to correct technical errors and avoid resource waste.
