铁路工程快速编制概预算系统探讨

摘要
一个铁路工程项目的概预算要分成不同的总概预算单元,按不同的工点分章节进行编制.从前期投资决策到施工图设计,设计方案不断调整、优化,概预算文件随之需要重新编制及调整,工作量较大.同时在不同的总概预算编制单元中,不同单元之间的工程数量描述、单位往往相同,只是工程数量的不同.铁路工程概预算人员如何在较短时间内按时保质完成工程造价成果编制是一项重要课题.文章提出一种能快速编制铁路工程概预算的方法及系统,建立标准工程数量,对用户工程数量进行标准化处理,得到对应的标准工程数量,并自动获取工程数量的造价方案,能实现铁路工程概预算的自动编制,极大提高工作效率,并且实现了造价方案的共享、积累和重复利用.
Abstract
The estimate and budget of a railway engineering project shall be divided into different general estimate and budget units,which shall be prepared according to different work points and chapters.From the early investment decision to the construction drawing design,the design scheme is constantly adjusted and optimized,so it is necessary to re prepare and adjust the budget document,and the budget preparation workload is large.At the same time,in different general budget preparation units,the description and unit of project quantity between different units are often the same,but the project quantity is different.It is an important subject for railway engineering budget estimation personnel to complete the compilation of engineering cost results on time and with good quality in a short time.This paper puts forward a method and system that can quickly compile the railway project budget,establish the standard project quantity,standardize the user project quantity,obtain the corresponding standard project quantity,and automatically obtain the cost scheme of the project quantity,which can realize the automatic compilation of the railway project budget,greatly improve the work efficiency,and realize the sharing,accumulation and reuse of the cost scheme.
