Practice and Exploration of Whole Process Engineering Consulting Investment Control in University-type Projects——Taking the Whole Process Engineering Consulting Investment Control of a University Project as an Example
The university infrastructure construction is faced with challenges such as separated construction and management,complex and diverse functions,as well as high requirements for investment control,making investment control a formidable task.In recent years,whole process engineering consultation has been introduced to university-type projects to address these difficulties.Taking the construction of a university project as an example and combining with the characteristics of whole process engineering consultation services,this article examines an investment control model for whole process engineering consultation featured by being based on the integration of the entire business chain of whole process engineering consultation,focusing on designed investment control,building a"bridge between construction and management",enhancing the integration of whole process technical and economic integration and dynamic control,as well as achieving effective control of investment in construction projects.The research conducted in this article provides valuable insights and lays a foundation for ensuing the smooth project progression and effective investment control.
