Research on the Construction of Construction Project Cost Database Based on Big Data Technology——Based on the Service and Supervision Function of Shanghai Cost Management Department
In the field of construction engineering,especially in the implementation process of the 14th Five-Year Plan,big data technology has gradually become an important tool for project cost management,bringing unprecedented challenges to the engineering cost industry.This paper expounds the significance and role of big data analysis in the engineering cost industry,analyzes the current situation of the engineering cost database,studies the database source and the methods and paths of data analysis,and puts forward the solutions and implementation methods of the construction of the engineering cost management platform that can meet the needs of big data analysis.It provides basic technical support for government decision-making and investment supervision,so as to further promote the construction of the engineering construction cost data think tank and provide strong data support for regional economic development.Based on the construction of cost database analyzed by digital technology,this paper puts forward,analyzes and solves the problems in combination with local experience,which has certain reference significance for industry practice.
