The article conducts a detailed study on the cost control,risk management and control plans of large-scale bridge pile foundation rotary drilling projects.Taking into account various factors such as geological conditions,equipment selection,and distribution of human resources that may be encountered during construction,a set of efficient technical and management solutions are provided.After detailed analysis of the working efficiency and cost of different equipment in various geological environments,and with the help of advanced construction and management technologies,effective cost control and risk response strategies were successfully implemented.From a technical perspective,the use of cutting-edge mechanical technology and intelligent construction techniques has significantly improved the efficiency and quality of construction;at the management level,the management and monitoring of the construction process have been strengthened,while optimizing resource allocation and project planning.In addition,in the face of the instability of the geological environment and various risks that may be encountered during construction,risk management plans and emergency response plans are formulated to ensure that the entire project can move forward smoothly.This study aims to provide practical suggestions and demonstrations for the implementation of similar projects,thereby promoting the smooth progress of the project and effectively managing costs.
