Hydropower engineering construction is usually carried out under complex and changing internal and external environmental conditions,and its construction investment management often faces greater risks and challenges.It is of great significance to study effective in-process investment control theories,methods,and means that run through the construction process of hydropower projects.The analysis method of construction investment deviation based on the completion image of quantities has been expanded,innovated,and effectively applied on the basis of traditional earned value theory.This method combines the investment management mode of"static control and dynamic management",separates the static and dynamic parts of construction investment,introduces the innovative concept of"completion image of quantities",focuses on dynamic tracking management of design quantities during the construction process,scientifically and reasonably determines the investment control objectives during the construction process,and focuses on deviation analysis of completed static investment.It is an effective means of investment control management throughout the construction process,which can be widely applied to most domestic hydropower and pumped storage projects.The article expounds the theoretical basis and specific algorithms of improved and innovative investment deviation analysis methods,and demonstrates the practical application effects through the case.
