The production line of high-end manufacturing equipment needs to be carried on a large equipment foundation.In recent years,with the rapid development of domestic high-end manufacturing industry,the construction projects of large-scale equipment foundation projects have gradually increased.Large-scale equipment foundation engineering has the characteristics of large component volume,irregular cross-section,multiple plane elevations,a good many reserved holes,and numerous embedded bolts and iron parts.As its structure is more complex than other industrial construction projects,the focus and difficulty of its cost control are also different from those of other industrial buildings.From the perspective of construction enterprises,this paper analyzes the key points and difficulties of cost control respectively from the bidding stage,construction stage and settlement stage of the project by combining the practical cases of cost control of various types of new large-scale equipment foundation projects in the non-ferrous metal industry,and puts forward measures to effectively control the cost of large-scale equipment foundation projects.Reasonably controlling the cost of large-scale equipment foundation engineering can not only allow construction companies to achieve greater project profitability but also enable construction owners to better control the cost of construction and installation projects,while effectively reducing the total investment in production projects.This article can serve as a reference for the cost management and control of large-scale equipment foundation engineering.
