The quality of feasibility study reports for government investment projects is directly related to the smooth progress and implementation effect of the projects in the later stage.Currently,China's project decision-making consulting industry is facing a series of severe problems,among which the phenomenon of affiliation is particularly prominent.This phenomenon not only leads to a continuous decline in consulting service fees,but also makes it difficult to effectively guarantee the quality of decision-making,forming a vicious cycle.To break this situation and improve the overall level of the government investment project consulting industry,we must start from multiple aspects.Firstly,consulting institutions should strengthen their internal quality capabilities by introducing outstanding talents,enhancing training,and other means to improve the professional quality and service capabilities of the consulting team.Secondly,the industry departments should establish and improve relevant systems,standardize the market order,and prevent the occurrence of unfair competition and affiliation.At the same time,the supervision should be strengthened,and strict punishment should be imposed on violations to ensure the healthy development of the consulting market.Through the implementation of these measures,we can effectively improve the quality of feasibility study reports for government investment projects and provide strong support for the high-quality development of the government investment project consulting industry in China.
