The competition among construction enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,and the application of centralized procurement platforms is of great significance for enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.This article introduces the management and application of centralized procurement platforms in large and medium-sized construction enterprises,and discusses the current operation status of centralized procurement platforms,as well as the imperfect management system and unclear implementation effects;poor supplier management and uneven supply of specialties;a comprehensive analysis was conducted on issues such as incomplete industrial coverage and the need for optimization in smart procurement.Targeted solutions were proposed,and strategic management value innovation was reshaped,self value innovation was enhanced,and enterprise value innovation was enabled from three aspects:deepening the application of the entire industry chain,enhancing the empowerment of enterprise ecosystems,and enlarging the ecological space of enabled enterprises.The promotion and application of centralized procurement platforms in the entire industry chain of enterprises were deepened.Based on the actual situation of the case enterprise,analyze the current operation status and shortcomings of the initial construction of the centralized procurement platform,and deepen the application of centralized procurement in the entire industry chain from the demand side of the entire industry chain.Based on the enterprise,the innovation upgrade of the value chain from empowerment to empowerment provides new ideas for the good procurement and supply ecosystem of large and medium-sized construction enterprises.
