With the rapid growth of data in the construction industry,the problems of information islands and data inconsistency under the traditional management model have become increasingly prominent,restricting the efficiency and development of the industry.This paper proposes a method for sharing engineering cost information resources based on big data.The core of this method lies in the construction of an Enterprise Integrated Data Platform(EIDP),which seamlessly integrates data resources from BIM(Building Information Modeling)and ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)systems.By introducing an IFC file converter,the data barriers between different systems are broken,enabling efficient data interoperability.At the same time,with the help of an advanced data mining engine,engineering cost information can be deeply utilized.The business improvements of this resource sharing method cover closed-loop construction supply chain management,big data-based cost and knowledge management,and decision support systems.It not only lays a solid technical foundation for enterprises to implement refined management but also provides valuable theoretical support and practical guidance for the future digital transformation and big data application exploration in the construction industry.
