To explore the integrated application and data-driven decision support of BIM technology in the whole process cost management of construction projects, the article building a BIM three-dimensional model, integrating design drawings, construction records, cost data and quality inspection reports, using data mining and machine learning algorithms for analysis, and combining with Internet of Things technology to achieve real-time monitoring of the construction site. The Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to determine the weight of evaluation indicators, build a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and systematically evaluate the application effect of BIM technology. The results show that BIM technology scores higher in design optimization and quality control, but performs relatively weakly in cost control and investment decisions. The data-driven decision support system integrates data analysis models, simulation models and optimization algorithms to achieve risk assessment, cost prediction, schedule optimization and resource scheduling. The conclusion is that BIM technology can significantly improve project design quality, construction efficiency and management level through data integration,real-time monitoring and intelligent decision support systems, but it still needs to be optimized in terms of cost control and investment decision-making.
