In recent years,with the continuous progress of urban development,state-owned property management enterprises have gradually become the implementing entities of urban renewal projects.They are fully responsible for the management work of urban renewal projects from the initial construction stage to the entire life cycle,undertaking the dual responsibilities of both the construction unit and the property management unit.In order to achieve the complex and crucial task goal of"integrating construction and management",the engineering operation information management system has emerged as the times require.This system adopts a series of scientific and reasonable means of managing construction funds,integrates the concepts and models of information management,and constructs a comprehensive operation management system with the help of the company's existing OA management platform.In this system,the engineering operation data and information archives can be presented completely,covering all information from the initial stage of project initiation,through all links in the construction process,until the final account stage.Through the meticulous step-by-step dynamic management of these data and archives,it is possible to accurately identify and remedy the weaknesses in the management of urban renewal projects,provide reliable bases for project decision-making,reduce the impacts such as poor communication and low efficiency that may be brought about by the multi-level management structure,promote a series of important management work such as the standardized sorting and perfect preservation of information archives,and lay the foundation for the smooth progress and long-term operation of urban renewal projects.
