Relying on the convenience of steel structure construction and the maturity of construction technology development,the volume of domestic steel structure engineering projects continues to develop.The construction quality of secondary grouting of steel structure column foot has not been paid attention to by quality supervision and management because of its small engineering amount and the process is often not in the key line during the construction period,and the method of improving the density of secondary grouting concrete is also lacking of technical research.Through a steel structure plant project in Tianjin Haijixing,this paper summarizes and concludes the quality control in the secondary grouting process of steel structure column feet,and proposes an innovative grouting tool for column feet,which effectively solves the quality defects such as non-dense secondary grouting of column feet,and provides reference for the subsequent construction of similar projects.
