论文开展了脉冲 X射线数字成像技术在木结构构件图像识别及缺陷识别的可行性研究,提出了脉冲 X射线在木结构构件缺陷中的图像识别方法.本文以多树种、多尺寸试件及含缺陷试件作为研究对象,通过改变射线脉冲数量、延长采集时间、多帧曝光数字成像技术等方法获得目标物的高清成像图,并绘制曝光曲线,同时研究脉冲射线数字成像技术在裂缝、空洞(腐朽)等缺陷条件下的透视检测和植筋节点构件质量检测中的应用,可为木结构建筑现场环境下的 X射线成像检测提供一些参考和借鉴.
Research on Image Recognition and Defect Recognition of Wood Components Based on Pulsed X-Ray Imaging Technology
In this paper,the feasibility of pulse x-ray digital imaging technology in image recognition and defect recognition of wood structural members is studied,and the image recognition method of pulse x-ray in defects of wood structural members is proposed.in the defects of wood structural members.In the paper,multi tree species,multi size wood and wood with defects was chosen as specimens.The high-definition image of the target is obtained by changing the number of ray pulses,prolonging the acquisition time and multi frame exposure digital imaging technology,The paper studied the application of pulse ray digital imaging technology in perspective inspection and quality inspection of reinforced joint components under the condition of cracks,cavities(decay)and other defects,and provides some references in the field environment of wood structure buildings.
