套筒灌浆连接不饱满缺陷修复试验研究

论文针对钢筋套筒灌浆连接施工中套筒灌浆不饱满缺陷的修复问题进行了研究,对比专用的补浆修复材料与套筒灌浆料的物理性能,并进行狭小空间的自流填充试验和不饱满接头补浆修复试验.结果表明,补浆修复材料在物理性能和施工性上有明显优势,狭小空间自流填充高度饱满;不同缺陷程度的套筒接头进行补浆修复后,其抗拉性能均合格,但变形性能会因漏浆产生的缺陷而受影响,且缺陷越大,残余变形越大.
Experimental Study on Repairing Incomplete Defects of Grout Sleeve Splicing
This article focuses on the repair of the defects of insufficient grouting in the construction of grout sleeve splicing of rebars.It compares the physical properties between specialized grouting repair materials and sleeve grouting materials,and conducts gravity flow filling tests in confined spaces and grouting repair tests on insufficient joints.The results show that the grouting repair materials have obvious advantages in physical properties and constructability,with high fullness of gravity filling in narrow space.The tensile properties of sleeve joints with varying degrees of defects are all qualified after repairing,but the deformation performance is affected by defects caused by leakage of grout,and the larger the defects,the greater the residual deformation.The purpose of this paper or the problem to be solved;the method and process of solving the problem;the main results and conclusions;the innovation and uniqueness of this paper.
