钢结构构件防腐涂层的研究和附着力检测

对某钢结构工程的构件进行现场涂层附着力的检查,发现现场涂层的硬度较软、附着力较低;而且还发现构件的部分区域的钢基材有锈蚀、生锈区域的现场涂层附着力更低.按照钢结构构件的涂层样品信息,通过比较工厂提供的样品和现场构件的涂层样品,对现场构件的涂层样品进行了确认.该钢结构构件使用的环氧云铁中间漆的强度较低,也能达到 GB 50205-2020《钢结构工程施工质量验收标准》对各道涂层的附着力要求;但是钢结构构件的锈蚀区域的涂层应重新打磨涂刷.
Study on Anticorrosive Coating and Adhesion Test of Steel Structure Members
The on-site coating adhesion inspection was carried out on steel structure members,and it was found that the hardness of the on-site coating was soft and the adhesion was low;moreover,it was found that the steel substrate in some areas of the members was corroded,and the on-site coating adhesion in the rusted area was lower.Based on the coating sample information of steel structure members,the coating samples of on-site members were confirmed by comparing the samples provided by the factory with the coating samples of on-site members.The epoxy micaceous iron oxide used in the steel structure members has low strength and can also meet the adhesion requirements of various coatings in GB 50205-2020;however,the coating on the corroded areas of steel structure members should be repolished and brushed.
