Analysis of Safety Appraisal for a Brick Concrete Structure Building
Brick-concrete structure buildings account for a large proportion of residential projects in China.Some collective self-built brick-concrete structure residential buildings fail to fulfill relevant supervision procedures in the design and construction stages.There are certain hidden dangers in the safety of building structures,and the relevant procedures of residential buildings cannot be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to identify and analyze the safety of such residential building structures.Based on the example of safety appraisal of a brick-concrete residential building,this paper first consults the relevant design and construction data and makes a detailed field survey of the current situation of the building.Secondly,it tests and appraises the safety of the building structure system.Finally,it uses PKPM structure software to model and analyze the house,and comprehensively appraises the safety of the building structure.
