Implementation Situation and Countermeasure Analysis of Highway Engineering Quality Responsibility
In recent years,the highway construction in Yunnan Province has been continuously promoted at a high level,accompanied by huge manpower,material and financial investment.The quality of the project construction is bound to become an important issue of social concern and expectation of the masses,and the quality level of the project depends on the process quality control and ultimately rests on the implementation of quality responsibility.This paper analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies in the implementation of the quality responsibility of the industry competent departments and project practitioners through the investigation and analysis of the implementation situation,and puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the implementation of the quality responsibility of highway engineering in the next step,providing a reference for further improving the quality control level of highway engineering.
