Application of QC Group Activities in Enterprise Quality Management
The current complex and changeable situation at home and abroad has brought severe challenges to the survival and development of enterprises.Winning by quality has become an inevitable requirement for the survival and development of enterprises.As a common form of organization in enterprise management,QC group activities are the product of the combination of enterprise democratic management and modern scientific management methods,which can effectively improve the level of enterprise quality management and play an increasingly important role in enterprise management.This paper analyzes the role of QC group activities in enterprise quality management,and puts forward improvement suggestions based on the existing problems,in order to promote the high-quality development of enterprises.
