摘要
仰拱取芯检测是一种破损检测手段.在施工成型的仰拱及结构层上方,采用便携式取芯机等设备,自上而下地钻取混凝土芯样,并将芯样按钻取顺序整理排序.芯样可直观地反映出仰拱和填充层(结构层)混凝土的厚度及密实性.仰拱取芯检测可用于隧道施工过程中的质量检测、交竣工验收检测以及隧道运营中的养护检测.
Abstract
The detection of the Inverted arch core is a kind of damage detection method.At the top of the Inverted arch and structure layers of the construction formation,Use a portable wire removal machine and other equipment,Drill the concrete core sample from top to bottom,and sort the core samples in order of drilling.The core sample can intuitively reflect the thickness and denseness of the concrete of the elevation and filling layer(structural layer).The detection of Inverted arch core can be used for quality testing,completion acceptance testing,and maintenance detection in tunnel operations during the tunnel construction.
