主题公园大型水景塑石假山防水技术研究

以大型主题公园江苏省淮安市西游乐园为对象,针对大型水景塑石假山在水流部位的渗漏问题进行研究.在充分总结既有工程经验的基础上,根据假山所处水流环境的不同,增加抗渗砂浆、防水涂层以提高假山塑石层防水性能.同时对塑石层的次结构连接方式、抗冲击、水压平衡、钢筋网片加工安装等构造做法及工艺进行优化.研究表明,该技术在确保假山的外观效果、受力性能、耐久性能的前提下,有效避免了渗漏水问题,显著降低后期运维成本.
Research on Waterproofing Technology of Theme Park Large Waterscape Rockwork
This paper focusses the leaking problem of large waterscape rockwork in the Journey-to-the-west theme park in Huaian,Jiangsu province.Based on the engineering experience and the water condition,anti-penetration mortar and waterproof coating is used to improve the waterproofness of rockwork.In the same time,structure and construction method are optimized to get more applicable substructure,balance of hydraulic pressure,and reinforcing mesh.The result shows that this technology can resolve the leaking problem and ensure the appearance,mechanical property,and durability of rock.The cost of operation and maintenance is obviously reduced.
