高层建筑现浇结构模板制作与安装在主体工程施工中占据较高的比例,其资源占用量大、施工周期长,周转材料扣除残值后折合建筑面积指标平均为 130元/m2 以上,每立方混凝土构件需用模板 4~5 m2,工程费用约占混凝土结构工程总造价的 30%左右,劳动力投入占比 30%~45%,工期占用 50%以上,对于整体工程进度及成本指标至关重要.本文依托于在建高层住宅项目,针对铝合金模板与传统钢木组合模板的适用范围及造价对比,分析论证模板选型对高层住宅施工成本的影响因素,促进项目上场策划及经济活动分析的成果运用,利于项目全过程精细化成本管理,实现最终收益.
Analysis and Research on the Cost Difference of High-Rise Residential Buildings by Template Selection
The production and installation of cast-in-place structural formwork for high-rise buildings occupy a high proportion in the construction of the main project.Its resource consumption is large,and the construction cycle is long.After deducting the residual value of turnover materials,the average building area index is over 130 yuan/m2.Each cubic meter of concrete component requires formwork of 4~5m2,and the engineering cost accounts for about 30%of the total cost of concrete structure engineering.The labor investment accounts for 30%~45%,and the construction period accounts for more than 50%,It is crucial for the overall project progress and cost indicators.This article is based on the construction of high-rise residential projects,aiming to compare the applicability and cost of aluminum alloy templates with traditional steel wood composite templates.It analyzes and demonstrates the factors that affect the construction cost of high-rise residential buildings due to template selection,promotes the application of project planning and economic activity analysis results,and is conducive to refined cost management throughout the entire project process,achieving ultimate benefits.
