Standardization Control Technology for Steel Reinforcement Protection Layer of Cast-in-place Slab Components
The thickness of the steel reinforcement protection layer for cast-in-place slab components is an important indicator affecting their structural load and service life. The commonly used control methods generally include tying mortar(concrete)cushion blocks and rubber cushion blocks on the load-bearing steel bars,as well as investing a large amount of measure reinforcement to support the load-bearing steel bars. There are technical defects such as insufficient strength, easy damage displacement, and sinking of the main reinforcement after stepping, and they are not reusable, resulting in significant one-time consumption costs. This article focuses on the drawbacks of traditional craftsmanship and innovatively develops a standardized production and turnover universal steel reinforcement protection layer control tool to promote standardized construction and management of steel reinforcement concealed engineering, eliminate common quality problems in cast-in-place slab components, simplify construction processes, reduce high construction costs, and achieve material saving and efficiency creation.
