Governmental Incentive Mechanism of Green Supply Chain Performance: Punishments or Rewards
This essay expounds on the necessity of governmental incentive mechanism implemented in GSC (green supply chain), according to the characteristics of GSC coordination. Models of governmental incentive mechanism have been constructed here to inspect three hypotheses generated by related researches, and the results are as follows: first, linear incentive is necessary for the green output of node companies; second, punishments on companies whose single green output fails to reach government standard are invalid in effect; third, the probability of punishments on node companies is basically irrelevant to the total GSC output under particular distribution of individual efforts; and finally, the totaling of efforts from mutually independent node companies goes in the same direction with that of GSC output.
