Administrative Agreement in the Process of Pearl River Delta Regional Economic Integration
Administrative Agreement is on the one hand the innovation mechanism to realize the harmony of regional development and the whole society, and on the other hand, a choice made in the process of regional government cooperation to achieve Pearl River Delta integration. Administrative Agreement is based on the sound reality of PRD economic integration and the established districts. The past practices show that Administrative Agreement has encountered many problems, the most fundamental one being its uncertainty. In order to solve the problem of its uncertainty, we should materialize the institutionalization, standardization and legalization of the PRD Administrative Agreement.
