A Study on the Relationship between Educational Freedom and Talent Fostering
This paper takes America's Harvard University as an example for a study on liberal education, while examining several important periods in the history of education to explore the human nature of liberty. Through a multi-perspective analysis of the relationship between educational freedom and talent fostering, the author first brings forward the self-organization theory of education, which holds that it is via an independent and liberal education that a person fully exerts his or her function of self-organization and cultivates creativity and originality. Only by transforming the basic concepts on life, education, political reason and educational reason can the education in China foster creative and original minds.
