Strategy of South Korea Emerging Market: Enterprise Management Innovation and Globalization Platform Support by Government
It is believed that a financial crisis is a selective process in which only the superior enterprises survive. In the past ten years, South Korea has experienced two financial crises. To face them, South Korea and its enterprises have firstly conducted some drastic internal structural adjustments, and then rendered themselves into the operation of globalization. This paper analyses the emerging market strategies, management concepts as well as innovations in management and their effects on Samsung Electronics LG Electronics and other advanced enterprises in South Korea. It is concluded that the success of global strategy for South Korea advanced enterprises cannot be achieved without the specific macro environment and the support of policy by the government.
