Discussion on the Multi-index Comprehensive Evaluation Factors and Their Mechanisms
Multi-index comprehensive evaluation is an important tool of management decision-making and a means to improve overall cognitive ability. This paper discusses the basic elements of multi-index comprehensive evaluation, and explores the mechanisms with the elements of evaluation in order to provide an approach for multi-index comprehensive evaluation. It is hoped that this will help to improve the effectiveness of the evaluation system.
