Economic Law Regulation on Chinese Income Allocation: from Efficiency-Oriented Mode to Fairness-Oriented Mode
Income gap in China presents a widening trend, the root being unfair exchanges and a lack of institutional adjustment. Impartial allocation is the only way to realise social justice, and the transition from an efficiency-oriented mode to fairness-oriented mode for Chinese income allocation is an essential move to narrow down the income gap. To restrain the polarization between the rich and the poor, we must ensure the distribution right of the government, standardize the behavior of market entities, and improve the social insurance system and other economic and legal systems to the full.
