Method for Voltage Sag State Estimation and Monitoring Device Configuration Considering DG Access
The access of the distributed generation(GD)has brought new problems to voltage sag of the new power systems.The optimized configuration of voltage sag monitoring device is an effective means to reduce monitoring costs.On the basis of analyzing the impact of DG integration on the calculation of voltage sag amplitude,this paper proposes a voltage sag state estimation method based on the similarity coefficient of voltage sag frequency to simplify the state estimation process and improve the accuracy of state estimation.It uses the bat algorithm(BA)to solve the monitoring range of nodes and constructs a panoramic observable constraint for voltage sag according to the monitoring range,with the optimization goal of minimizing monitoring cost and maximizing the similarity index of voltage sag frequency in the configuration scheme.The configuration scheme obtained that meets the economic requirement is also helpful for voltage sag state estimation.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through simulation analysis using an IEEE 30 node test system.
