Analysis on Harmonic Characteristics of Grounding Current of Converter Transformer Core Clamp
In order to solve the problem that the full current value of the grounding current can't accurately and effectively determine the maintenance status of the converter transformer, and further explore the characteristics of the grounding current of the core clamp of the converter transformer, this paper uses Hanning window interpolation and fast Fourier transform(FFT)algorithms to analyze the original sampling signals of the grounding current of the core clamp, and obtain the amplitudes and contents of the fundamental wave and 2~50 harmonics of the grounding current. It compares the change trends of the fundamental current and the full current,as well as the harmonic data of the grounding current at different times. It also obtains the change amplitude of the harmonic, which further reveals the problem of excessive and jumping of the grounding current value of the converter transformer core clamp and provides a new idea for determining the grounding current status of the core clamp of the converter transformer and the operation status of the transformer.
